- We may have other colours option that is not stated in the variant. Do contact us for other colour you needed. You may message via Facebook or Instagram.
Authenticity
- Our products are all 100% authentic.
- Some products are from outlet store which may differ from other retail outlet products.
- Some products comes with minor defects. We will check the product before posting out to you.
- We will handle all the products with utmost care. Minor dents, wrinkles or scratches is normal and not considered as defects.
- We offer 1 year warranty for products we sell. Wear and tear is not applicable for warranty claim.
Pre Order
- Our products are pre-order unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery lead time takes 15-20 working days to arrive. We are currently experiencing delays in our shipping process due to logistics changes. Orders placed in July will now be dispatched within 20-25 working days.We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
- Should stock is not available after purchase is made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will offer other alternative products or fully refund to you.
